Restaurants Pursue Growth through Franchising, explains a new report from foodservice consultant Technomic. In the report Technomic claims that more restaurant chains are now considering franchising as a primary source for growth.
As an advocate of the benefits of franchising these industry growth trends make sense. However, franchising is not right for every business and the goal of franchising should
not be focused on "Franchise Fee" revenues. Growth should be based on sustainable expansion that benefits both Franchisor and Franchisee. Before "starting a Franchise"
