New York State Franchise Regulation require franchisors to disclose restrictions and conditions imposed by the franchisor on the goods or services that the franchisee may sell, including restrictions that limit the customers to whom the franchise may sell goods or services . Many of these restrictions are disclosed in FDD Item 16.
