A recent study by the Franchise Research Institute and FranSurvey suggests that a popular soft pretzel franchise is in a "franchisee love affair" according to an
article on
Blue MauMau. The popular soft pretzel franchise chain they are referring to is Auntie Anne's Pretzels which showed to be one of the most franchisee liked franchises according to a recent survey given to Auntie Anne franchisees. The survey showed close to a 100 percent satisfaction rate and many franchisees who were surveyed expressed that the soft pretzel franchise is committed to a very long term relationship with them.
The franchisees of Auntie Anne's expressed their evaluation of the franchise as follows:
- Excellent - 50%
- Very Good - 35%
- Good - 14%
- Bad - 1%
While no franchise will ever be completely free of flaws it should be a high priority for a franchise to have franchisees that are satisfied with both the franchisor and the franchise system. When purchasing a franchise the presence of franchisee satisfaction should be one of many steps that you take in deciding if a franchise is a good investment opportunity.
