How do I register a franchise in Maryland?

 

A: To register a franchise in Maryland you will need to submit a current copy of your franchise's FDD, a franchise registration application and other applicable forms/fees to the Maryland Securities Division.  The Maryland Securities Division can be reached by email at securities@oag.state.md.us, by phone at 888-743-0023 or by mail at 200 St. Paul Place, Baltimore, MD 21202.
