How long after I apply to register a franchise in Illinois does it take to be approved or denied?

 

A: According to the Illinois Attorney General franchise registration in Illinois becomes effective on the 21st day after the date of the filing of the required materials. If the required materials are not filed the Administrator may deny your registration.
