Franchise registration renewals should be filed in a timely fashion and should be filed along with an updated Franchise Disclosure Document ("FDD") that has been updated in accordance with federal and state law and to identify and disclose material changes.
To file a franchise renewal application in Maryland you must mail in the renewal application along with an application fee of $250. The franchise renewal application will be reviewed within 15 business days of filing by the Maryland Securities Division.
