Franchise Registration Renewal in Illinois

In the State of Illinois, at a minimum, a Franchisor's FDD Registration must be renewed no less then 120 days after the franchisor's fiscal year end. To maintain a current and valid FDD registration in the State of Illinois it is critical for franchisors to timely plan and maintain a strong system to manage their FDD renewals and insure that renewal occurs prior to expiration of your existing registration.

For additional information on developing a system for the timely filing of franchise registration renewals or for additional information on franchising, request a complimentary copy of "The Franchise Formula: A Guide to Franchising Your Business in the New Economy" by franchise lawyer Charles N.
