Hawaii State Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Registration
Prior to offering, selling or advertising the sale of a franchise in the State of Hawaii, among other things, franchisors must file and register their current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with the Hawaii State Department of Commerce.
