To register your FDD in the State of Maryland, as a franchisor, you must submit a copy of your FDD with the Maryland Securities Division along with a franchise application, additional documents, and franchise registration fee. Upon the approval of the franchise application, if prepared properly in accordance with federal and state law, as a franchisor, you will be granted the right to offer and sell franchises in Maryland.
