Minnesota State Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Registration
Prior to offering, selling or advertising the sale of a franchise in the State of Minnesota, among other things, franchisors must file and register their current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Existing franchisors who have previously registered their FDD with the Minnesota Department of Commerce must renew their registration.
