Minnesota State Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Registration
Prior to offering, selling or advertising the sale of a franchise in the State of Minnesota, among other things, franchisors must file and register their current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
