
Item 8: Restrictions on Sources of Products and Services

In Item 10 of the franchise disclosure document, you must include the terms and conditions of the financing arrangement that you offer to franchisees. This must also include information about the franchisee's potential liabilities upon default, including any accelerated obligation to pay the entire amount due, payment of court costs and attorney's fees, waivers of defenses, and potential termination of the franchise.
