Oregon State Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Registration
Prior to offering, selling or advertising the sale of a franchise in the State of Oregon, among other things, franchisors must file and register their current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with the Oregon Division of Finance and Corporate Securities.
