Recommended Steps to Enhancing Your Franchise Sales Funnel:
- Set a Goal
Over the next 60 days, map out the most important target you want to hit (i.e., increase in sales, more leads, higher revenue, or more net income).
- Get Specific
Set your goals to a specific number. How much exactly do you want to improve that one metric? Then focus on the gap where you're at right now and where you want to be ideally.
- Creating Your Sales Plan
To reach your goal set in Step 1, you'll need to create what's called a "CORE Process" which gives you a dependable and consistent result. Some examples include a product launch, book funnel, seminar pitch, or a webinar. As Laura mentions, one or two CORE Processes will usually outperform the others. Below are example processes:
- Test, test, test - Testing your sales processes is important to see which method worked the best. Simply sending out one email just won't work. You'll have to take sample audiences and tweak it over time by changing headlines, copy, design, and offers to see which works best for your perfect customer or client.
