As the Director of Franchise and Client Development at The Internicola Law Firm, Melissa is responsible for overseeing the firm's legal and franchise development initiatives, with a focus on providing clients with the support, tools, and resources they need to improve their franchise compliance systems, franchise development know-how, and marketing.

As a key member of the firm's management team, Melissa is responsible for spearheading the firm's development efforts and for deepening and enhancing relationships with existing clients. In addition to her role in franchise and client development, Melissa is also responsible for managing the law firm's growth initiatives, including the FranX franchise growth accelerator, coaching programs, and masterminds and growth conferences.
