Founded by Charles N. Internicola, Esq., Charles’ franchise experience started early on as he helped national brands navigate franchising, licensing, and private label expansion. Since that time, Charles has been trusted counsel for franchisors, entrepreneurs, publicly traded, and privately held companies across the country and internationally.
Joined by Brian Lincer, Esq. and our dedicated team, today, were a franchise only law firm dedicated to providing growing brands with the legal support they need, resources to grow, and strategies to win at franchising.

We know what it means to be a franchisor.
Our founders we’re also franchisors. In 2014 Charles, Brian, and our team took over a struggling franchise brand that was faced with litigation, regulatory, and branding issues. After acquiring the brand our team resolved all the legal issues, stabilized franchisee relations, and navigated the system through a successful rebranding and redevelopment. In 2019 we sold the brand to a national company and, today, it continues to grow.

Our Franchise Growth Mastermind community is a forum that shares best practices and, today, hosts and connects over 800 franchise professionals across the industry.
