How it Works
The Franchise Growth Coaching program is structured around 2-hour quarterly mastermind sessions on Zoom. You'll be grouped with like-minded, non-competitive emerging franchise brands. On a quarterly basis, as a group, we'll explore each brand's franchise growth goals, peer brand action steps, and set meaningful milestones and goals that you'll be accountable for at your next quarterly meeting.
In between mastermind sessions you’ll have the opportunity to stay in touch with other coaching members through our private groups and Slack channels. You’ll also be provided with access to our Franchise Growth Coach workbooks and branding workshop. Franchise Growth Coach and this emerging franchisor mastermind is available only to clients of The Internicola Law Firm. Application required.

Join and participate in our upcoming client-only mastermind where we'll discuss strategies and best practices for building your franchise growth game plan including:
- Defining what franchise success means for your brand
- Evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of your brand assets
- Setting your franchise development budget
- Evaluating viable franchise sales marketing channels
- Open forum with any franchise-related questions
Participation
This is a true mastermind conversation. While our team will be leading the discussion, this will be an interactive conversation where you’ll be encouraged to share your experiences, questions, and interact with like minded franchisors.
Confidentiality
No recording is permitted. This mastermind session will not be recorded or broadcasted as we encourage each brand to share important questions and strategies.
