Alyssa Losinno is the Director of Franchise Compliance at The Internicola Law Firm, a national boutique franchise law firm building the legal infrastructure behind scalable franchise brands.

For nearly a decade, Alyssa has helped franchise brands navigate the complex compliance requirements that accompany franchise growth. She leads the firm's compliance team and oversees the systems, processes, and infrastructure that help franchisors maintain compliance across multiple states while supporting ongoing franchise development and expansion.

Alyssa works closely with franchise leadership teams to manage:

• State franchise registrations and renewals
• Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) updates
• Franchise agreement and addendum administration
• Multi-state compliance tracking and reporting
• Franchise Growth Counsel® compliance support
• Regulatory filings and registration strategy

Alyssa also played a central role in the development of FranIQ®, the firm's proprietary compliance infrastructure platform. Through FranIQ®, franchise brands gain centralized visibility into registrations, renewals, compliance deadlines, agreements, and system-wide compliance activity.

Her work helps franchise leadership teams create the compliance infrastructure required to support franchise growth, protect their brands, and operate with confidence as their systems expand.

In addition to leading the firm's compliance operations, Alyssa serves on a NASAA franchise advisory working group, collaborating with regulators and industry participants on initiatives designed to improve and modernize franchise registration and compliance processes.
