Anthony is a Franchise Compliance Assistant at The Internicola Law Firm, where he works daily with our attorneys and franchisor clients to coordinate the timely and proactive delivery of support services that franchisors rely on.
His responsibilities include preparing and circulating franchise agreements and addenda, tracking execution periods, monitoring electronic signatures, updating FranIQ®, and maintaining client document vaults. Anthony also helps coordinate with our legal team to calendar client requests and ensure accurate record-keeping across every stage of the compliance process.
