As the former CEO and Development Director of Dog Training Elite, Kelley helped lead the brand from just two locations to more than 450 franchise units nationwide — earning recognition on the Entrepreneur 500 and Inc. 5000. Her leadership was further recognized in 2021 when she was honored as a “Women of Wonder” by Franchise Dictionary Magazine and named a Top Franchise Influencer by 1851 Franchise.
