Jaclyn Sceusa

Jaclyn Sceusa is an Associate Attorney at The Internicola Law Firm PC, specializing in transactional and franchise law.

In her current role, she is responsible for handling day-to-day transactional items, including contracts and agreements between franchisors and franchisees, as well as other business transactions and franchise law-related responsibilities related to FDD development.

Jaclyn received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2021, with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Business Law. She was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship and a Public Interest Scholarship Award and graduated as President of the Media, Entertainment, and Fashion Law Association and VP of the Sports Law Society. She also received a position as Student Member on the New York State Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section.

Jaclyn is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and joined The Internicola Law Firm in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Associate Legal Editor at Practical Law/Thomson Reuters, where she honed her legal writing and research skills. Jaclyn also interned at several small law firms during her undergraduate and law school career, gaining valuable experience in business law and media/publishing law.

Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys music, sports, fashion, reading and writing, yoga/exercising, attempting to learn new languages and instruments, and wine. She believes that dedication is the key to achieving success, a philosophy embodied by the late Kobe Bryant.
